Consider it done.

You bring the idea. We design, build and ship it as real software, with AI agents at every step.

Think it’s impossible?

These are real problems from the products we have built and are building. Each one sounded impossible at the start.

ShopSyncer

  1. One product form for a pharmacy, a jeweler and a butcher.
  2. A stock ledger nobody can quietly edit.
  3. Sales that survive a dropped connection.
  4. Gold priced by weight, karat and making charge.

Divzy

  1. Splits that add up to the cent, every single time.
  2. A tangle of debts cut down to a few payments.
  3. Every device in sync the moment something changes.
  4. 54 currencies with honest, visible rates.

Quenzio

  1. Speech to text on your own machine, not in the cloud.
  2. Interrupting it mid-sentence without breaking it.
  3. Canceling its own echo so it never hears itself.
  4. Checking it is really your voice before a risky command.

DeepDopple

  1. Every draft starts as pending review, waiting for a human.
  2. One sign-in shared by a web app and a phone app.
  3. Every user query fenced to the person who owns the data.

Consider it done.

Someone wanted it.We built it.

Four products, each one a sentence that started with “I want”. Each demo below models the product’s real behavior with sample data.

Working build, pre-launch

ShopSyncer

Point of sale, in good hands.

A multi-branch point of sale and shop-operations platform. Its product forms adapt to the business: batches and expiry for pharmacies, karat and weight for jewelers, kilos for butchers.

  • Barcode-first checkout run from the keyboard, with split tenders, change and loyalty
  • An append-only stock ledger: every receipt, sale and transfer is recorded, nothing is overwritten
  • Keeps selling through a dropped connection, then syncs without recording a sale twice

Platforms: Web, multi-branch

Working build, pre-launch

Divzy

Split expenses, stay friends.

Shared costs for trips, flats, couples and friend groups. Every bill splits six ways with exact math, and Divzy cuts the group’s debts down to a few payments that get everyone even.

  • Six ways to split, from equal shares to item by item, always adding up to the cent
  • Fewer payments: a short list of transfers that settles the whole group
  • 54 currencies, with the rate and date always shown

Platforms: Web, iOS, Android

Working build, in development

Quenzio

Press a key, speak, and it answers back.

A local-first, push-to-talk voice assistant for Windows. Speech is transcribed and spoken on your machine, a language model does the thinking, and it can open apps, run commands, read files and search the web.

  • Speech recognition and voice output run locally
  • Start a new question while it is still answering; the voice loop never blocks
  • Remembers what matters between sessions, and asks by voice before risky commands

Platforms: Windows 11

In development: foundation built

DeepDopple

Your AI social-media doppelganger.

Being built to draft LinkedIn and Instagram posts in your own voice, and to publish only what you approve. The foundation is done; drafting and approvals are next.

  • One account across the web app and the mobile app
  • Approval is in the data model: every draft starts as pending review
  • Each person’s data fenced off at the query layer, with secrets kept out of the client

Platforms: Web, mobile

Don’t just use AI.Do AI wise.

AI should not just answer questions. It should get work done, and show its work.

Do it, agent.

Every piece of work passes eight gates, in order. Each has an owner, a required document and a test it must pass.

I want an app that splits group expenses

  1. 01Intake

    Lead agent, Team managers

    Produces
A request brief with scope written down
    Gate
Scope is confirmed before anyone designs or builds.
  2. 02Requirements

    Business analyst

    Produces
    User stories with acceptance criteria
    Gate
Every criterion is a concrete, testable scenario.

  3. 03Design

    Architect, CTO, Design review board

    Produces
A spec traced to every criterion, plus decision records
    Gate
No orphaned criteria, no open questions, decisions recorded.

  4. 04Build

Frontend developer, Backend developer, Mobile developer

    Produces
A build summary with tests written first
    Gate
Red first, then green. Coverage on business logic is measured.
  5. 05Test

    Test engineer, QA

    Produces
A test plan and end-to-end runs
    Gate
One failing acceptance criterion fails the whole gate.
  6. 06Security

    Security engineer

    Produces
    An OWASP Top 10 audit
    Gate
Zero open high or critical findings.
  7. 07Review

Example work item with sample content. The stages, roles, documents and gates are the ones we work by.

When a gate says no.

A failed gate writes a defect report and sends the work back to the stage that owns the problem. After three failed cycles, the loop stops and a human decides.

What keeps it honest.

  • The agent that writes the code never grades it.

Reviewers, QA and security agents have no edit rights. They read, test and report. Fixes go back to the team that owns them.

  • Every decision leaves a paper trail.

Stories, specs, decision records, audits and release notes are written down for every work item, so you can see why, not just what.

  • Humans own requirements, design and release.

Three sign-offs belong to you: the requirements, the design and the release. Agents do the work in between.

  • Lessons are written down and reused.

After each release, a retrospective turns what went wrong into notes the agents read before the next job.

Describe it. We know how to build it.

Six things we build, each already working in software we made. Follow any of them back to the proof.

Sample conversation. You: What’s in todo.txt? Assistant: Your list has three things. Renew your passport, book the dentist, and back up your photos. You: Delete the old build folder. Assistant: That would delete the build folder for good. Say yes to confirm. You: Yes. Assistant: Done.

Sample conversation

AI that acts, with a human in the loop.

Agents that open apps, run commands, read files and search the web, then stop and ask before anything risky happens.

  • Quenzio asks by voice before a risky command.
  • DeepDopple starts every draft as pending review.

“Open the calculator.”

Voice and natural interfaces.

Press a key and talk. Speech is recognized and spoken on the device, and you can cut in mid-sentence.

The same sample balance, Lee owes you $30.00, shown on web, iOS and Android.

One app, on every screen.

One product on web, iOS and Android, with every device in sync the moment something changes.

Sample data. Ten dollars split three ways is 3.34, 3.33 and 3.33: the extra cent is assigned, never lost.

Systems you can trust with money and stock.

A stock ledger nobody can quietly edit, and splits that add up to the cent, every single time.

Software that keeps working.

Sales that survive a dropped connection, devices that stay in sync, and scheduled jobs that run on their own.

8 gates.
3 are yours.

Product design and engineering, gated and test-first.

Tests are written before the code. Every change clears eight gates, and you sign off on requirements, design and release.
